Bienvenidos
(Welcome)

I hope you enjoy your visit and stop by again soon...I will be adding new pages as time permits.

My husband Lee and I visited Ajijic, Mexico on vacation and fell in love with the area. When we returned home we began making plans to retire early and move to Mexico. Within six months we sold our home and made the move. It is a decision we have never regretted. We lived in Ajijic for three months, and then moved to Chapala; where we have a beautiful view of Lake Chapala (the largest lake in Mexico) from our terrace.

I wanted to add information on Mexico, but you will find much valuable information about Mexico and retiring in Mexico on my husband's website. If you are interested in moving to Mexico or just want some great information check out his site. Please click on the link below

A Wolflover in Mexico

I am the mother of three grown, and of course, beautiful children. Two girls and one son, together they have given me 10 beautiful grandchildren.
My son has the girls, my daughters the boys.

I am also the proud great-grandmother to four beautiful little ones. My granddaughter Desi has three girls; Alisa who turned a year old just a few days after she gave birth to the twins, Madelyn and Caitlyn. (So much for the old wives tale, that you can't get pregnant while nursing). My grandson Jon has a boy, Brian.

On October 15, 2007, my grandson Jon passed away. He was only 18 years old and had just become a father in June of 2007. The last time I saw Jon was in August, 2007, when I went to California for a week. We spent an entire day together, just him and I. He had such high hopes of all he wanted to do for his son and what he wanted to do in his own life. It is still difficult for me to believe that he is no longer with us. He passed away while I was waiting to board an airline to be with him. I wish that I could have arrived in time, yet I am also thankful that I did not, as the memories I have are of him alive and so happy.
Rest in Peace, my sweet Jon...We all love and miss you.
